Class Sticks

CLASS STICKS

The walking stick, or “cane,” originated in the 1920s to facilitate walking and quickly became a fashion symbol. Often celebrated at the time of graduation, the cane tradition distinguishes law students, graduate students, or undergraduates as the most loyal, scholarly and cavalier of their peers. Today, Class Sticks makes custom walking sticks for schools including Washington and Lee and the University of Virginia—but also for corporations and individuals.
Class Sticks approached Frankl Creative to design an identity for their artistry. Liz also developed stylish tags and stationery that appeal to contemporary sophisticates with a nod to tradition.
